DGP J&K Launches Grievance Redressal Program
Designated Saturdays at PHQ Jammu and Srinagar for citizens to meet DGP without appointments. Timing: 1400 hrs to 1600 hrs on the 2nd & 4th Saturday at PHQ Jammu, and the 1st & 3rd Saturday at PHQ Srinagar. Complainants are advised to bring written statements; and approach relevant police officers for redressal. Any schedule changes are communicated in advance via PHQ J&K social media handles.
